Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

• Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. Please retain all packaging, any items not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.

• Fill in the Returns Request Form, and submit

• You will be contacted to inform you whether you returns request has been agreed, and to discuss arrangements for returning the goods

• Once the goods have been received at our warehouse, they will be inspected and a refund given if appropriate

Return Exceptions

• Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  Goods that are not in stock, or are a special purchase will not be accepted for return. This is indicated on each product page prior to purchase.

  Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we are not accepting the following goods for return.

  Fabric items – slings, slide sheets, turntables etc

  Mattresses

  Commodes and personal care products

Carriage

• The original carriage charge will not be refunded. the full value of the goods will be refunded following inspection at our warehouse, providing the goods are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

  If your item was delivered on a pallet, we can arrange collection of the pallet, and the cost of this will be deducted from the refund.
