Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. Please retain all packaging, any items not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.

1. Please email returns@multicaremedical.co.uk to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to:
FAO Returns, Multicare Medical Ltd, Brookside House, Coventry, CV5 6BU

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the original invoice.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Goods that are not in stock, or are a special purchase will not be accepted for return. This is indicated on each product page prior to purchase.

Carriage

The original carriage charge wll not be refunded. the full value of the goods will be refunded following inspection at our warehouse, providing the goods are in perfect condition.

If your item was delivered on a pallet, we can arrange collection of the pallet, and the cost of this will be deducted from the refund.
